Just one more way to show that celebs are human too. I was looking for sleep apnea blogs today and I stumbled on Joe Rogan’s blog (he uses nofollow tags, which I hate, people need to spread the love). Hes the comedian that hosts the UFC stuff now. He has been a staple of comedy central and I think he was on the man show. Funny guy, can be a real dick but thats his style so it works for him. I met him a few times through a friend, Richie, who used to manage the comedy store on Sunset blvd. Anyway, Joe has some pics of him at the sleep study, what was funny to me is the room he was in looks more like a motel 6. My sleep study was like a room at the W. Flat panel plasma tv, the works. Maybe he hasnt let all that money go to his head.

Anyway, I found it interesting. It’s also cool that he seems to interact with people on his blog. Thats rare. He is also giving away an isolation tank, which is something I have always wanted. I guess I shouldn’t mention that because it only dilutes my chances of winning. Oh well. Its probably fixed anyway.

I hope hes cool with me posting his pic. If not, let me know and I’ll take it down. Ill put a link to his blog in my list of links. That seems fair.

Here is the link to his blog

Oh yeah, he was also on News Radio. Man I loved that show.

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) starves the body of oxygen during sleep. Persons with the condition experience pauses in breathing while sleeping. This condition can cause a drop in oxygen levels, which can affect organs of the body. OSA increases your risk for high blood pressure, heart attacks, and strokes, and affects cognitive function such as learning and memory.
